Flux Scalez is a recruiting and placement company. We connect qualified applicants with door-to-door fiber optic sales opportunities offered by independent hiring partners. Flux Scalez is not the direct employer or contracting party for any sales role; we are an independent recruiter that introduces applicants to opportunities.

3. No Guarantee of Placement or Income

Submitting an application does not guarantee that you will be selected, hired, contracted, or placed in any role. Selection is at the sole discretion of Flux Scalez and our hiring partners. We make no promises regarding the length, terms, or compensation of any opportunity for which you apply.

4. Earnings Disclaimer

Individual results vary significantly based on effort, skill, experience, work ethic, market conditions, season, territory, hours worked, sales aptitude, and many other factors. Many independent contractors earn substantially less than the figures referenced. Some earn nothing. Door-to-door sales is a 100% commission, performance-based opportunity. There is no guaranteed base salary, hourly wage, or minimum income.

Flux Scalez LLC and its affiliates make no representation, warranty, or guarantee, express or implied, regarding the income, earnings, or financial results that any applicant or independent contractor will achieve. By applying, you acknowledge that past results of other representatives are not a guarantee of your future results, and that you assume full responsibility for your own performance and outcomes.

5. Independent Contractor Relationship

Any sales role for which you may be selected through Flux Scalez is an independent contractor position, not an employment position. As an independent contractor:

• You are not an employee of Flux Scalez or our hiring partners.
• You are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, expenses, and equipment.
• You will not receive employee benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, or workers' compensation unless expressly provided by a hiring partner.
• You set your own hours and methods of work, subject to any agreement with the hiring partner.
• Compensation is commission-only and based on performance.

6. Application Process

By submitting an application, you authorize Flux Scalez to:

• Review and evaluate your application.
• Share your application with hiring partners we determine may be a fit.
• Contact you by phone, email, and SMS regarding your application.
• Conduct background or reference checks to the extent permitted by law and with any additional consent required.

You agree that all information you provide is true, accurate, and complete. Submitting false or misleading information may result in disqualification.

7. Communications and Consent

By providing your phone number and checking the consent box on our application form, you agree to receive non-marketing text messages and phone calls from Flux Scalez regarding your application status, scheduling, onboarding, and account-related matters. 8. Intellectual Property

9. User Conduct
